Wreaths Across America

Each year, Troop 648 participates in Wreaths Across America at Arlington National Cemetery.  The mission is to remember the fallen, honor those who serve, and teach the next generation the value of freedom.

In mid-December during the "wreaths in" event, the organization respectfully places wreaths on veterans' headstones at more than 4,000 locations across the United States. The day also includes saying the names of the service members out loud.  The wreaths are later removed in January after the holiday season during the "wreaths out" event.
